Asbestos Testing & Reports (ACP-5):

NYC required an Asbestos test and report for almost all construction projects in the city. We offer quick and reliable Asbestos testing for your project.

Demolition Permits:

Interior or Exterior Demolitions require special permitting and approvals from NYC. Let P.Wolfe handle the red-tape for you.

Equipment Use Permits:

Any HVAC installation of units larger than 3 Tons required an Equipment Use Permit. Don't skip this critical step in the process. The city will not sign-off a project unless your EUP is in order.

Place of Assembly Permits / Applications:

New York has unique and tricky Place of Assembly regulations. We can consult at the design stage, and process the application for approval. We can also handle your annual updates as required.
